GIS data exporting error in Hec-GeoRAS

When I try to export RAS data using HEC-GEORAS I get the following error message:

Failed to update Control file!
C:\Program Files\HEC\HEC-GeoRAS\bin\NewRasControl.xml

I am currently using ArcGIS 10.0, Arcview / ArcMap...

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated...
